I'm a registered Mental Health Clinician and Social Worker with the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences and have been a lifelong mental health advocate.

I'm also an artist, and writer: I have written about everything from memoir based essays, poetry, art therapy into that of the philosophy of our own existence. Truthfully, I'm somewhat of an armchair philosopher, and yes ; there might just be a Phd in my future.
